Driveway is the biggest challenge to this cabin. Estimated cost of laying tipar and hauling gravel for driveway and house pad is about $5000.















Cabin is built on railroad ties and can be easily moved or adjusted.

Cabin is located 3/4 mile down Washington Way, which is a neighborhood maintained road with year round access.

Cabin has a cleared driveway that needs to be improved. You can drive to cabin when the land freezes (fall/winter). Otherwise use 4 wheeler or 3 min. walk. The start of the driveway has become a little wet, due to a low spot. Most of the driveway is dry.
